Your questions answered
What do the setup fees include?
The setup fees cover the cost of assembling and connecting your server in our datacentres. These initial fees are only billed once, when the service is set up. This means they are not linked to your commitment period.
When can I order the options offered?
You can order all of the options (additional IP addresses, failover IPs, Load Balancer, additional storage space) and activate them directly from the OVHcloud Control Panel after your server has been delivered.
How do I contact technical support?
You can contact technical support via phone, or by raising a support ticket if you have a Rise server.
